What exceptions (if any) are in the SystemOut.log for the deployment manager and STConsoleServer? Are you logged in as wasadmin or another account with the adminisrrator role? If you log intot he ISC and go to Applications > WebSphere enterprise applications do you see deployment.ear? If so, that is the Sametime Console and is still installed.

How did you uninstall the Media Manager?
